BEDA the Thirteenth: Happy Zombie Jesus Day

Right! So I had a stellar idea for a subject, but I forgot (again!). So I opened it up to you guys instead, and I got various suggestions. So, in the words of Mr. John Green: This comes in three parts.


1. Easter:

So yeah, it was Easter Sunday today, which was nice. I got lots of chocolates (which I'm actually enjoying right now with some wine) although I didn't have to hunt for them, they were just sitting in my place on the breakfast table. We had a big roast turkey dinner, which I'm told is actually a tradition on Easter Sunday, something I didn't know! And people have been wishing me 'Happy Zombie Jesus Day' today, which is made entirely of win! Also I use the word 'which' too much.

2. Bananas:

Bananas are a fairly large, usually yellow fruit, most commonly found in hot, tropical areas. They are technically a berry, although in cultivated varieties their seeds have degenerated to nothing more than black specks in the flesh of the fruit. Banana skins are widely know to cause mishaps and are responsible for 60% of all falls. Eating bananas is widely discouraged as it can lead to the eventual decay of the soul as the fruit sucks your essence from you. Adolf Hitler famously consumed his own weight in bananas each day, and many claim it is this that turned the tide of World War II. The author of this blog would not consume a banana if you paid him.

3.'Shout outs':

a) Amy is lovely for forgiving my gayness and idiocy. I love her lots and you should too.
b) Casey is 'cool' despite being an even bigger nerd than I could ever claim to be.
c) Alysia and Lydia are brilliant for giving me topics to write about.
